“Unlock Your Career Potential”: Mock Interview Held at SPS Badal College
Gidderbaha: SPS Badal College of Management and Technology organised an engaging activity titled “Unlock Your Career Potential – Mock Interview” to provide students with practical exposure to professional recruitment and strengthen their communication, confidence, personality and interview skills.
Campus Director Col. Sudhanshu Arya shared valuable interview-preparation tips, while Principal Dr. R.K. Uppal served as the judge and provided constructive feedback on students’ performance; the activity was coordinated by Ms. Komalpreet Kaur. Students participated in one-to-one mock interviews covering self-introduction, communication skills, confidence and body language, subject knowledge, answer quality, professionalism and overall performance, helping them identify their strengths and areas for improvement.
The activity also encouraged students to overcome nervousness, improve their speaking abilities and develop a positive attitude towards professional challenges, creating an interview environment similar to an actual recruitment process.

All position holders are students of B.Com. 5th Semester and were appreciated for their confidence, performance and active participation.
The event concluded with words of appreciation and encouragement for all participants. The initiative reflected the college’s commitment to experiential learning, personality development and career-oriented education, while helping bridge the gap between classroom learning and the professional world.
